Special workshop 

Aerial yoga and fabric conditioning for beginners

When: Saturdays July 16th  and 23rd, 1 to 3 p.m

Pre Eminence Hall – 3213 Walnut St, Boulder, CO

Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with the physical training of an aerial acrobat. Designed for those with no aerial experience, this practice uses a low-hanging soft fabric to support body weight for deep stretching, effortless inversions, deep core strengthening, and FUN. We will also work in climbs, foot, hip keys and some exercises to work in conditioning for fabric dance.

$40 drop in, single  session, sign up for both session $75

We will be offering a special Aerial yoga and beginning fabric workshop this weekend – Saturday 28th from 12:45 to 2:45  - at the Pre Eminence in Boulder. $30.  Please contact us for more info and spread the word!

Practice/class starts Sunday, April 10, and registration is by quarters

If your dream is to perform and you love Brazilian music then dance and you are ready to take your skills to the next level! We can’t wait to have you dance with us!
(the purpose of this class is to collaborate with the Boulder Samba School all year long to perform with them in all types of fun events)

$120 per quarter

If you are a beginner to the samba dance you will be asked to complete at least 4 weeks of the samba technique class before joining the Samba performing troupe class.

With the changing of the season, we felt the need to switch things up a little. We have some new classes, a new instructor, and some upcoming special events. Here’s just a few of the highlights with more to come:

1. Our class schedule is changing. We’ve added Flamenco and Aerial Yoga and changed date/location of Latin Fusion. See our class schedule.
